TROUBLESHOOTING BROWSER ISSUES
Cache is your browser's stored internet history. Whenever you visit a website, your web browser saves certain information from that site on your computer in the "cache." Most of the time, the cache is helpful, as it helps speed up your web browsing experience. But sometimes your cache can actually cause problems for your browsing experience. That's when you need to clear your browser cache.
Here are some basic instructions:
STEP 1:
Try again in an Incognito/Private Window (if you don't see instructions here, just search online for your specific browser for both desktop and mobile)
Desktop - Google Chrome
Click the three dots in the top right corner, then select "New Incognito Window" from the menu or use the shortcut: (Ctrl+Shift+N)
Desktop - Apple Safari
In the Safari app, choose File > New Private Window
Desktop - Microsoft Edge
In the Microsoft Edge app, choose File > New InPrivate Window (Ctrl+Shift+N)
STEP 2: Force Refresh a Page
Before you go straight to clearing your entire browser cache, one trick you can try is called a "force refresh". This is an easy starting point if you're experiencing issues with a single webpage. If this doesn't fix your issue, then proceed to STEP 2 to clear your browser cache.
- Windows computer: ctrl + F5
- Mac/Apple computer: Apple + R or command + R
STEP 3: Clear Browser Cache

Apple Devices - Safari

1. Select: Safari
2. Select: Clear History and Website Data
Apple Devices - Chrome
0. Open Chrome browser
1. Select: More button (⋮)
2. Select: More Tools then Clear browsing data
3. Choose a time range to clear
4. Select: Clear Cache and Clear Cookies, Site Data
Android - Firefox
0. Open Firefox browser
1. Select the menu icon (usually three horizontal dots)
2. Select: Settings
3. Select: Clear private data
4. Ensure Cached images and files" is checked
5. Select: Clear Data
Android - Native browser
0. Open your Browser
1. Select: Menu
2. Select: More> Settings
3. Select: Privacy & security
4. Select: Clear cache and Clear all cookie data
5. Select: OK
Android - Chrome
0. Open Chrome browser
1. Select: Menu
3. Tap the More button (three vertical dots in the top right corner)
4. Select: History > Clear Browsing Data
5. Check: Cookies and site data and Cached images and files
6. Select: Clear
Windows phones - Internet Explorer
0. Open Internet Explorer
1. Tap the ellipses (...) in the bottom right corner
2. Select: Settings
3. Select: Delete history
4. Select: Delete to confirm
DESKTOP COMPUTERS
Google Chrome
0. Select the Three Dots icon in the top right of your browser window
1. Select: Delete Browsing Data option
2. Select Time Range: last 4 weeks
3. Check only: Cached images and files
4. Select: Delete Data
Mozilla Firefox
0. Select: Hamburger icon in the top right
1. Select: Preferences or Settings
2. Select: Privacy & Security
3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data
4. Choose the data you want to delete
5. Select: Clear
Apple Safari
0. Select: Safari; Click the Safari menu in the top left corner
1. Select: Settings
2. Select: Privacy > Manage Website Data
3. Select Remove All to remove all cached data and cookies
4. Select: Remove Now
Internet Explorer
0. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del simultaneously to open the Clear browsing data menu
1. Check Cached data and files
2. Click Delete
3. Click OK
Microsoft Edge
0. Select the Three Dots icon in the top right of your browser window
1. Select: History > Click the three dots at the top of the History pane
2. Select Clear browsing data
3. Select All time for the time range
4. Check the boxes next to Browsing history, Cookies and site data, and Cached images and files
5. Click Clear Now
Opera
0. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del on your keyboard
1. Select the desired time range
2. Check the "Cached images and files" box
3. Click Clear Data
Turning Off Pop Up Blockers
Chrome: At the top right, click More and then Settings. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
Edge: go to Settings and more > Settings > Site permissions. Select Pop-ups and redirects. Move the Block toggle to Off.
Firefox: Click the menu button and select Settings. Select the Privacy & Security panel. Under the Permissions section, uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker altogether.
Safari. Under the Safari drop-down menu, click Preferences. A Safari drop-down menu with preferences highlighted Select the Security icon at the top and uncheck the box for Block pop-up windows.
